A remodel for an existing Chevrolet dealership per General Motors Facility Image Program is proposed for Underwood Chevy in Clinton, Michigan. The remodel will follow the Chevrolet Facility Image Design Intent Document, DID, but allows US Architects the freedom to add our construction and design specialties. This document gives guidance on Chevy’s standard finishes, furnishings, lighting, and design/branding elements.

For a remodel project, US Architects is to bring the facility up to General Motors standards. This includes remodeling Underwood’s exterior fascia, adding a GM approved entry tower with Chevy branding and modifying any customer touch points to include the approved finishes, furnishings, and fixtures.
