This multi-use medical office building supports several different small practices, both general and specialist. Early on, we teamed up with Wise Incorporated and the team of owner-doctors to narrow down expected revenue, available cash, budget, and other project-critical details. Wise Incorporated proposed innovative financing plans, and this prject was a "go". We worked with the doctors from the beginning to integrate their building needs with their budget, and by working together, we were able to design a first-class facility that satisfies the doctor's progammatic needs as well as their financial ones.
