Clients
Our goal is to become partners with our clients. As partners we will:
By doing these things, we will build trust and cultivate a long term relationship.
We seek clients that are willing to invest in this relationship.
Firm
Generalist
US Architects is a generalist architecture firm doing a variety of project
types while developing niche markets based on client needs. We will only accept engagements
in which we have the relevant expertise. We strive to provide creative, yet practical,
solutions to meet our clients' needs.
Small
Although we are a small firm, we will build
a team of professionals who have the subspecialty interests and skills necessary
for us to deliver comprehensive services to our clients.
Team Oriented
We desire to
sustain a work environment that promotes creativity, self improvement, productivity
and personal fulfillment. We desire to provide employees with a sense of importance
and support. We will acknowledge these needs and contribute to them, and provide
a career path for all who join in our effort. We desire to develop key individuals
who will lead the firm into the future.
Strategic Intent
Our strategic intent is to build partnership relationships with clients. We want to develop client relationships that extend beyond specific building projects. We will invest sufficient time with clients so that we are able to anticipate our clients' facility needs, and so our clients look first to us to solve their facility problems. We will develop relationships with contractors, lending institutions and others necessary to deliver comprehensive facility solutions.
By developing this type of relationship, we will improve our ability to control the process and resources used to generate a facility solution. In addition, we will be able to demonstrate more value to our client. Accordingly, we anticipate greater client trust and loyalty, with more emphasis on the delivery of workable solutions than on minimizing architectural fees.
We recognize that the size of our practice limits the number of clients we can serve, especially in this type of relationship. Therefore, we will review our clients and concentrate our effort on those who have the greatest potential for mutual benefit. Our strategic intent is to adopt a professional development plan for all staff. Delivering competent, timely architectural services generates the satisfaction we seek in our profession. We recognize that we must attract, develop and retain qualified professional architects and interns to enable us to deliver these services to our existing clients. To meet this need, we will develop a partnership track that encourages professional architects to pursue their career with our firm. The track will identify the plan for self development, the opportunities for client responsibility and the plan for increasing both individual compensation and firm profitability. We will also outline a training and project review program to establish firm drawing standards, reduce repetitive errors and maximize intern productivity and reliability.
