The Innovation Connector affords small business start-ups the chance to get their feet wet by pooling resources such as copiers, faxes, Internet access, and conference rooms. The business incubator concept also affords small companies the chance to interact with each other, sharing ideas as well as resources. This 15,000 square foot facility offers state-of-the-art technology for businesses to train employees and hold larger conferences. This building features energy efficient self-dimming lights and electronic locks for all offices. The lobby space is flooded with natural light from two gracious skylights, while a ribbon-like red bulkhead creates a lowered television area with screens that feature products and services provided by Innovation Connector businesses.
